This has been a great experience so far and people tell me it will be life changing. I'm still in a fair amount of pain but, that's to be expected.

The big plus is that I pay for my healthcare through my taxes. There isn't an insurance company profiting from my illness or denying me coverage.
My wife has had both knees replaced. Her first reaction was how wonderful it was to have relief from the pain. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

And how long for that first visit with the surgeon? And then two months to have the surgery? When my wife was diagnosed with a broken by our family physician, she was admitted to the hospital that evening and had the hip replaced the following morning by one of the best surgeons in town. So lets see, for you two months from first visit with surgeon to new hip and for my wife less than 24 hours from broken hip being diagnosed to new hip.
If I were you I would be suing for unnecessary pain and discomfort for having to wait that long. Wait a minute, you are in Canada and do not have that option.
Well most people that I know how have needed a hip replacement for being worn out have usually gotten it replaced less than 1 week unless there is swelling that has to be reduced first. You still haven't indicated how long it took from the time you decided to get it replaced to the first visit with the surgeon.
