    I arrive on the spot and find him smoking tobacco with no window open. It took me an afternoon to explain that that stench came from that shit he was smoking.

    Hate when customers bring those machines into our shop. Stinks the whole building out once you power it up!

    Only in the previous week. Customer calls to say that she smells something burning. Asked her if the machine was working ok and she said yes but she does not want to use it. I explained to her that the machine has safety features and will not cause a fire and asked her to just continue to use the machine while we send someone out. So should I charge for the call? turned out to be an aircon that produced the smell.

    Arived to deliver toner and found my pro 951 with the doors open ADU pulled out and fan blowing over the machine. So i asked if there is a problem with the machine and if it was jamming. Answer to the question was no there is no trouble with the machine it is running great. She believes that the machine is too hot and needs to be cooled down with the fan after runs...

    Customer complained that photocopier was creating a line on photocopies.

    The line they complained about was from the original document.

    I had a customer copy from a color original to make a black and white copy.

    She later complained she had put the black and white copy in the document feeder and asked for a color copy and it came out black and white.

    This was a government worker!

    Just had a repeat of the "Daily Dumb":

    Me: What is the problem you are having with the unit?
    Customer: It just needs cleaning.
    Me: Are you sure there aren't any issues?
    Customer: There are lines all over the page, it bends the corner, and the toner rubs off. I'm sure it just needs cleaning.

    I recall a guy asking for a copy in same situation and obviously I said no. Then like 10mins later this lady asked to do a copy and by this point it was ready to print. Guy looked at me like I let the cute girl copy for obvious reasons and denied him just to be a prick
