I had one a few years back. I walk into the store and the customer berates me from when I first enter. How I haven't been doing a good job and they pay so much money for service, blah, blah. Then he proceeds to say things broke yesterday 1/2 hour after I left. Wait a minute, I wasn't here yesterday. I pull up the machine history on my cell. We haven't been here for over 4 months, I told him. He looks at me and says who was here yesterday then? I told him, no one from our office. So I ask him, what specific problems are you having with the copier? Copier!?! I called for service for the phone system. That SOB never did appoligize except to say "sorry for calling you guys, wrong company" Should have billed even though it was a contract.
