The new Mx1100 by sharp is incredible. We have one averaging over 300,000 a month and keeps going to PM's with minimal calls.
I thought the Panasonic 7728-7750 series analog series machines were pretty good. They also had a Panasonic 7160 (which I think was a Minolta 6000) for a good, higher-volume, analog box.
I agree that the Ricoh 1027/2027, for lower volume machines, are damn reliable in the field.
For the segment 5 boxes, I think the 1060/1075 Ricoh boxes as very reliable machines. This may be because I know them well, but they are a good Ricoh engine and I generally just hit them for PM's and minor issues in-between.

I would have to agree with the people who are nominating the falcon series machines, they reduced our tech force by 4 techs after we replaced the 4230s and older KM series machines. But if I look back, my favorite machine to work on was the Sharp 8100 and 8260, those were the first 'tech friendly' machines ( unless a shock gave out while you had your hand in it).
Has to be the Ricoh MPc1500 - it's like the bestest copier in the world ever.
minolta 350 thing was a tank
Sarcasm dude...
I had these machine in the worst s%#& holes in the Bronx and they ran until the spindles on drive wore out, even then they would be on 45 degree angle and still work.
