Navigator is an excelent paper, at least it means they have engineers as committed as their marketing staff!

hi all
my 2-cents
maybe the speed and size of the copier is an isue
small one 2-papers jam
big one 10-papers jam
any where in between is average.
I have done it in 15 seconds and I have spent 45 minutes disassembling a Bizhub 600 doc feed to get a spec of paper out. Its stuff like that kills the average.

My personal best for a paper jam is about 8 hours on a Brother fax machine. The only way to get to where the paper was, was to strip the machine to the frame and then take the frame apart.
did it say "reduce toner consumption?
blasphemy.
this brand is cut.

Before I used Double A paper which is even better than Navigator, but obviously costs more...
Switched to Navigator a couple of years ago.
Deacent paper,
but for about two months now am experiencing its badly cut...like knife isnt sharp enough...have to remove like 5pcs of paper from every pack...
Regarding paper jams...happened to me also,to have to diassembel half of machine to get to it...
Also some people are really slow at this.
So 3min average seems about right...
