I was considerably lighter when I had to eat my own cooking. PLEASE don't teach me anything that will help my wife make me fatter!

New York cheesecake topped with blueberries, blackcurrents and rasberries. Apple crumble with lashings of custard or vanilla ice cream (dependant on season). I could go on...

Bacon wrapped venison. Marinated the venison in A1 Chicago style steakhouse marinate. Wrap in Bacon. Grill in wrapped tin foil for about 30 minutes or 2 beers and then put on grill rack to crisp up Bacon. Side note I recommend wrapping in Bacon before marinating It's not as messy. Enjoy with more beer.

Involves a chicken breast cut butterfly style right up the middle, a bit of bacon and some cheese in the middle, coat the whole thing in a mushroom soup gravy and serve over a bed of rice.

A little part of me dies in happiness every time I eat it, pretty sure it's one of my arteries.
My wife does it pretty much the same way .... 'cept :
she will brown the chicken a little bit in a skillet ... set it in a crock pot ... add the mushroom gravy ( or mushroom soup )... add cream of celery soup ... ( be sure the chicken is covered by the soups ) ... don't forget fresh peppers and rosemary ... heat it up : then bake the bread , fix the rice , ladle the chicken and gravy over the rice, serve with sweet iced tea : ( save the arteries...no bacon or cheese in the mixture...put that on a side dish,,,,,,,,no harmful calories or chlolesterol that way )
Dag Nabbit !!!! now I'm gettin' very hungry ........

Lobster Roll from Red Eats (Maine). Because some things should be eaten outside. Yes it is an entire lobster in a sandwich.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

That looks, and sounds, absolutely delicious. Why can't they have these delicious things in Canada? What a sad world we live in, where entire lobsters can't be served in sandwiches. BRING BACK THE McLOBSTER!
