I gave them up when my last boss would take a van ..eating seeds and spitting them on the floorboards.

Guess who had to clean the vans before the next day's runs?

I just found out in January that I am Type 2 Diabetic : Cut out the bread , pasta , starches , etc .
BUT , I CAN STILL EAT TASTY ANIMALS . So , all is OK with the world .

Good news type 2 diabetes can be fixed thru a diet change only.
There are rehabs for this that fixes people with food in only a week!

As long if those tasty animals don't come from a Chinese wet market go for it.
    Whatever

O yea, roast raw sunflower seed with some salt in a pan. Better than peanuts by far.
You can add those to fresh salads to give a nice crunch.
Or use that instead of pinenuts for a basil pesto.
    Whatever

Indeed, caviar is my favorite product at all! The thing is that I tasted it in my trip abroad for the firt time. And when I came back to my home, I started to search the place providing assistance in getting of this high quality meal. Finally, I found russian style salmon caviar with the help of this great shop. And became a regular customer of their shop from this moment.

Just found some Termitomyces Reticulatus in the back yard.
Termite mushrooms! These came from a termite nest almost a yard under the surface.

Termites feed it to get a better quality food back. So symbiotic stuff.
Will be having them with with some eggs in the morning.

    Hey allan, good man.
Learned something new. Termitomyces titanicus is largest edible mushroom in the world whose cap reaches 1 metre in diameter.
I like mushrooms too, my favorite is Penny bun.
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

These are not that big but the stems are more than 600mm long in this case the depth of the termite nest. Will take some footage tomorrow when i take a couple out.

The big ones weigh the same as a chicken!

My favorite would be Boletus edulis. Always fun to go and find them and the smell is incredible.
