At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.
I have had a bucket load of these and the issue has been the main drive motor shorting out the controller.
Imprestik have you had any do this recently?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.
I agree with a few people on here, that it could be the Fax board. I have only had one that required a new controller. A couple of times it was just the little MBU board that resides on the fax board, it "un-seats" a little bit (only held down by the connector and two plastic "posts"), and can cause that code. Something to check anyway.
Remove Fax bored
Try setting in SP Mode System - 5191 to 0. It's worked for me couple of times regarding SC672 issues.
These things don't have that SP mode

I had this the other day. Removed fax and code went away! Went back replace Fax board and all is well.
