    SMB SCAN

Before you burn me at the stake, I know I need to update the network support firmware and yes I'm a ricoh certified tech and yes I'm actively looking at the website. All that being said, I can't find the damn firmware on the TSRC page or the RFG page; did they name it something different?

So apparently you've been here before. I'm putting away the rope and matches. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It might help if you were to identify the model you are working on. If the last production of the model was before Windows 8 was released, you need to search Special/Custom using the Search: Expanded Form or click Custom Firmware on the Tech Tool Box for the model on TSRC.
