    Re: pro 8100 jamming

in my experience the Pro8100 is a very stable jam-free machine; is it jamming on normal paper white 80gr?

SC720-35 can be caused by the stacking plates in the staple tray, the stacking plate system should be moving very smoothly, when not it's not making it back to home-pos on time causing 720-35.

jam 32 is the sensor between the transfer belts

jam 32 fixed by removing the transport bed and belts and cleaning the bushes on the shafts the belts must be running slow

A flipped blade in the PTR can also cause this jam. Drags the unit speed down.

What belt did you adjust tension on? And did you tighten or loosen tension? Thanks!

    Re: pro 8100 jamming

Had 032 jam today after cleaning under belts. the problem seem to be a "Section 2" black box on lead edge bottom of copy that was perfectly over the sensor between the belts.
Had the customer print section 2 originals lighter as a work around. Ran fine.
