    [Misc] Adding fax counter to meter print page

    MPC's don't include the fax pages on the meter print by default. Seems a little strange since it means that if you add the b&w copy reading to the b&w print reading you get a value which is less than the Total B&W on the page. Had a look through the manuals and forum but can't find any info on this - is it possible?

          User Tools - System Settings - Administer Tools - Display/Print Counters gives fax and scan counters.

              ...do you know if this will make all counts add up (I'm not onsite)? The customer is wondering why 'Copier' and 'Prints' (Color and B&W) aren't adding up to the totals (Color and B&W)

                  Yes. Copier + Priinter + FAX = Total.

                  Scanner is there also for those with contracts that add meter charge for scans on those customers that do as high volume of scanning to cover increased wear and tear on ADF parts.

                      Thank You Slim Bob, I have an anal retentive customer that needed to know why the totals on the counter page don't add up perfectly! I gave them a list of possible reasons, Nope they needed this list! Thanks Again.

                          OK grave robber here's what you need to do
                          1. If they have a model with SOP you can create an icon that links to User Tools - System Settings - Administer Tools - Display/Print Counters
                          2. If they have an older model, time to upgrade them
                          3. Final option is to contact Ricoh and request custom firmware. Of course Ricoh may charge a few thousand
