Firmware MP C307 & SOP

Good Morning,

i have a Problem with an 307 that i have never seen before.
My 307 is bought from a privat customer and worked fine.
Now two days ago there was only a blue screen and the Display Shows nothing more.
There was also now way to get in the recoverey mode of the SOP.
Now yesterday the 307 startet normal but all widgets on the screen are gone.
Only the classic Print Scan Fax Copy is on the Display. There is now way to add anything else.
Also the Network card has no more funktion (Wlan is fine)
In the Admintools i cant change the Language.
And the funktion Print from USB only works on the USB from the 307 on the left side.
You cant use the Print from USB funktion with the SOP.
So now i think the easy way would be too update the Firmware from the 307 and the SOP.
After that i hope its working fine like before.

Update in the SP Menu is not possible, it shows error E71.

Unfortanaly this is my only Ricoh System, all others are KM.
So is there anybody here who can sent me the files for the Upgrade?

You could just try a reboot, power button on side wait for the blue light on the panel to go out then turn back on.

If you can go into screen features set boot to normal if set on quick.

If this fails install the latest package fw this will also update the panel.

Any problems let me know we can supply the firmware.
