This is important as this a major change to the system, i.e. adding support for SMB v2v3. You make a mistake and you could crater the customer's machine.
The second problem is that you appear to be a taker. You have no green cards and no reputation points.
I suggest you tell the customer IT that he/she needs to contact Ricoh-USA customer support and they will send a trained and authorized tech.
