MP2852 Can¿t scan to file with win10 FW needed

Hello guys, I got this Ricoh MP2852 and the customer is having problem with the scan to file feature, as long as I know this is because the customer moved from win7 to win10 OS. I have read the solution is to update the fw. I have the SD firmware for the mp2352 but is dated 2012 and doesn't work. I don't know if it's because of the model (different, although is the same family: Ricoh Aficio MP2352sP 2852 3352) or if it's because is outdated, im any case
If anyone have the most recent fw fror the MP2852 and
is willing to share it my mail is this: rapidocument@gmail.com
I can send you almost any other brand firmware or manuals in case you need them, just let me know which one.

P.S. Not necessary to tell me I can download it from TESSA or the like, I'm an independent tech and have no access to those sites, thanks.

    Thanks in advance.

If you don't get the f/w you need, then setup FTP scanning. I mostly just recommend scan to email, but if my customers insist on a scan to folder option, I sort of prefer it to SMB.
It's not dependent on f/w. Windows updates won't F it up. It just works

    Not true.
I have Win10 home on my laptop, and it works perfectly with every model I've tried

Yes, first thing I checked was the OS (win10 pro), because I've had heard that before, (that won't work with win10-H).

Thanks Sandman for the workaround, this is one customer of mine who is the kind of people who says: "it worked well before" and wants it the same way.
However I will apply that solution (FTP) to other customers in the future.

I will let you know how it went later.

    Jaime.
