Hi team

I am facing an issue with a single pass DF. SC 700-07. If anybody faces this issue, kindly update.
............first, it showing paper jam in P..... OPEN COVER AND REMOVED JAMMED PAPER.
if you check the machine status it is showing SC700-07...

Trouble the SC 700-07 as that IS your jam. As with finishers and other peripherals, a service condition will first be reported as a jam.

well now that you know WHAT the problem is... what have you tried to correct the issue?

we can make suggestions all day long.. to no avail , if you don't inform us of what has been done!

well I swallowed a bunch of pain pills and drank a quart of moonshine...

The error code relates to the Scanning Motor Error (1-pass ADF,so I would start with that and trouble shoot from there mate

THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED WHILE REPLACING D683-1822 SCANNER DRIVE MOTOR.
