RICOH MP C3503 how to reset code error firmware E 36

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the firmware updates of a RICOH MP C3503 when I try to install a new firmware give me this error code 36 ... is there a way to reset it? ..... I also tried other SD but this error always appears this message

To my knowledge, firmware E error codes have to do with trying to do updates from the SP main menu. Could be that the machine is not configured for @Remote.

I simply reformatted the SD card with the program "SD CARD FORMATTER" and I reinserted the SD card ... it did not give me more the E36 code and I made the updates even if before starting the updates it is necessary to insist for 3- 4 minutes before the updates start
