anyone got any new info for this issue, I,m thinking the paper has friction during feed somewhere. feed roller off timing or something
Have had that regularly since the MPC305 - mostly on costumers which use cheaper paper. A quick vacuum and it's done (and I also explain to them why it happens and why it *will* happen again).

Yes I have also seen this often on these models.
We have a customer who have stopped ordering paper from us and gone down the cheep option. im now seeing this on there machines.
