Ok thank you very much i allready vacuum 2 time. The belt is good os just the cleaning system. Too bad we can t order just the system.

Not cleaning the unit, replace or rebuild the ITB cleaning unit.

remove it from the belt frame... turn the auger.. vac it out... clean the blade with IPA and re-powder the blade..

are you even a TECH? because your profile doesn't indicate ANY TRAINING.

They not expensive this happens all the time just order new {oem} and replace

What does feed timing have to do with buildup in cleaning unit?

Have had that regularly since the MPC305 - mostly on costumers which use cheaper paper. A quick vacuum and it's done (and I also explain to them why it happens and why it *will* happen again).

oh...I was thinkn it was a new issue and didnt happen to the 305...I did see the issue mentioned 3 times in the 307 s/m so I,m guessing its a known issue lol. I didnt want to buy the cheap paper line cos the same paper works ok on other machines.

Yes I have also seen this often on these models.

We have a customer who have stopped ordering paper from us and gone down the cheep option. im now seeing this on there machines.
