    Post Ricoh MP 4500

Hi all, I have Ricoh MP 4500 copier with this kind of fault. paper is feeding but it will jam at fusing exit section. found that photo sensor on right cover malfunctioned. when I replaced new sensor, again after feeding new copy it also found defective. changed all wiring harnesses, IOB board which all sensors are connected but problem still there. repeated process with three sensors & all are defective now. when I use sensor off mode by DIP switch 2 on IOB, copies are feeding well. Can some one has an advice for this is a great help. Thanks in advance!

The cushioning pads on the exit unit solenoids are a classic cause of fusing exit jams.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

A jam code would be helpful.
