PCU type 1027 Cleaning entrance seal

Does anybody know the Parts Number or a vendor for this mylar? Or any other way to replace it? Sometimes is this mylar is bent so much, the toner could spill or clog. I didnīt find the number also in the parts catalogue for MP2851 (B250-0151 PCU)

We have bought cleaning unit seals some years ago from Katun that manufactured for older Ricoh models Like FT 4422. It comes with double sided tape & we can cut it to exact size & use for AF 1027, MP 2000, MP 2501..etc. I dont know whether still available with Katun. Part no -PN 013733, OEM- A007 9006.

I think he is talking about the Mylar seal for the waste toner auger.

Do you mean the entrance seals that mate with the toner hopper? There are like 3 of them in that area that all go bad, and will cause toner to dust the inside of the machine. Usually we just replace the 1027's once they hit around 60k (have never rebuilt one).
With that being said, you can get the seals I'm talking about: P/N B2093196, B2093198, AA152297. And I think the Cleaning blade for the Drum (if that's what you're talking about) is AD041114.

you cant clean those seals wth windex or alcohol as they will cause them to wear out.
i just use a paper towel wth warm water and clean the inside part too...
in a pinch wth a used drum unit you might try good ole scotch tape placed exactly and flat...

Re: PCU type 1027 Cleaning entrance seal

I mean the mylar beneath the cleaning blade.
to Pulsara Katun donīt sell it anymore, the only vendor I found is aliexpress with somethung like this:
    20XEntrance Seal for Ricoh Aficio AF 1075 1060 2060 2075 MP7001 MP8000 MP8001 MP9001 MP7500 Cleaning Entrance Seal for Drum Unit-in Printer Parts from Computer & Office on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
but I have tryied some orders for parts from aliexpress and it was crap.
to fshead my actual problem is deformation of this seal - if paper fiber clog near this mylar, it bends, and after cleaning everything and replacing the drum and cleaning blade, it will surely dont last for 60K.

ok, i know what you mean.
I had this problem to, a few years ago, and ordered a pcu holder case, it's in the serv. man.
For a pre-installed pcdu you need to order the PCU1027.
But if you want to asemble this pcdu yourself there is another parts number, depending on the model.
    OK?
