Black pages in Ricoh MP 9000/1100/1350

Hi guys!
I need to consult something because I have already tried absolutely everything.I have many ricoh pro 906, mp 9000, mp1350 with the same problem.
Randomly throws a black page with white lines.
Do you have any information about this?

well how about cluing us into what " I have already tried absolutely everything. " Means?
Maybe Page Counts?
Print Error Log and upload?
PM's done per schedule?
OEM Toner/Drums?

Phil!I changed everything.. all boards, all units, laser, drum, developer, hdd, firmware.It makes the failure in copies as in prints.

Check the Drum shaft assembly PN B234 2350. Continuity from the shaft to frame should remain at or below 10 ohms with little or no fluctuation as the shaft is rotated.

Had exact the same problem, changed everything in the machine....last thing i did is to check the drum shaft assy and the drum bearing.......since then (two weeks ago) no service call for random black print......

Does you copy have lead,or trail void areas?

check the line charge

Replace the charge corona and see if it is logging any 300 codes in SC history.

Also make sure they are not trying to copy money, death certificates or anything with copy protection.

If SC 300 has been occurring, see bulletin for the Pro 1357, attached.
