    Back up users program settings

    Hi all,

    I have a customer with two identical MP C6004 models both with booklet finishers etc one has been set up with various programmed short cuts about 20+ my customer wants the same on the other machine.
    So my question is rather than set up each one again from scratch can I backup/restore these settings? I tried backup/restore address book & user settings but this did not save these program settings!

    *Update I used the import/export device setting option via the WIM that worked great*
