Maybe try scanned images instead of crappy photos.

And include a complete typed description of the problem you are having.

the black drum and pcu are fairly new. the its belt was due for change 460,000 on it. i change the belt and we think the belt is faulty.

It the sample was printed LEF, you might want to check that the PTR is making proper contact with the ITB at both ends.

Is the panel at the back of the black pcu and dev unit installed correctly? Does look drum related but those speckles at the top of the scanned image could be because the ITB isn't cleaning properly.

Maybe try doing single colour full page prints to see if you can narrow it down to a specific drum unit. If they all have the same marks it could be the itb. Do keep in mind that the black drum is in contact with the itb at all times though

Yeah looks like the image transfer belt could be the issue. If it was the fuser, the image would still be on the page and you could wipe it off with a finger. Is it possible the ITB has a tear in it?
