    well clearly you don't have a service manual...

    now armed with the SM entry info... I sure hope you don't BRICK the machine messing around in there where you don't know what you are changing

    it says ask your supervisor ( i think you never read that)
    am professional with all canon copiers
    but i have problem with this machine for the first time
    but really you are a very good people in ricoh
    you need to learn how to answer with respect like canon guys

    It's not that you are a Canon guy, the thing is, the way to get into service mode is not public information because people that shouldn't be in service mode will be in there messing things up. So it's not posted on an open forum.

    107 is for the older machines.

    Are you pressing and HOLDING the "C" button for about 5 seconds? It's not just a tap.

    no disrespect meant....

    IF you aren't sure about the proper procedure, you CAN trash unit.. Hell I've seen RICOH techs do it.

    it isn't smart to post SM entry in public... there are too many END USERS here that do no have a clue.
