    ricoh MP C3003 printing problem

Hi Guys i have a copier that was a lease copier that i bought. When you print 1 set of copies prints fine. when you tell it you want 2 sets or more it marks collate and first set comes out and then says on copier display mismatch paper size. if you do the say same thing but tell it which paper tray to use it prints all prints. does this on word or adobe also try different computers has same problem. I know it must be a setting that i am over looking that some one has change. I just not seeing where to fix problem.

In user tools under printing settings find something call rotate sort auto continue (or similar verbage). Turn that on. IIRC the driver defaults to rotate sorting and if the machine is not set for paper sources that jive you get that issue.
