    Ricoh pro c5100 sc 538-01

    I have ricoh pro c5100s to report the error where sc538-01 should be fixed. Looking forward to learning

    Call a trained technician, if you are a tech read your manual.

    SC538-01 ID Sensor Cleaning Fan Lock

    So, you may need to replace that fan if it has failed. You can't really expect to work on a copier without the factory service manual. If you are a tech purchase or download the
    D135/D136/D137/D138 service manual and on Page 4-399 you will find a diagram that shows the location of all the fans.

    Or, of course, you could call a tech if you are not one yourself. Hope this information helped.

    I am having same error code sc 538-01, how did you fix yours, i replaced the id sensor cleaning fanfan but still no joy
