Techs with MPCW 2201

I've found this problem on two machines so far so I thought I'd share. Hopefully it helps someone. Was getting void areas in black prints after 3 24x36 prints. The machine was only a year old and had around 9k feet. I did all the normal cleanings and flush and checked everything and it still came back. After a better inspection I found that the left ink sump had a ink deposit build up that the print heads would drag across. This cause the tiny white line in the prints. I replaced the ink sump and realized that it was slightly out of position and realigned it. I will post images of the build up.
