Ricoh MPC4504 Broken Paperguide

Hello everyone I need the parts manual for the LCIT PB3230, there is a paper guide on the right side that is broken, it kinda swivels back and forth on that side of the unit. I am a Ricoh tech however the company I was a Ricoh tech for was bought by a Kyocera dealership and I can no longer access TSCWEB.NET. Any help will be greatly appreciated, we still have several Ricohs out there and its going to become a challenge to keep them serviced without Ricoh support for some things. Thanks in advance.
