What, if anything, have you tried so far? Like maybe opening your operators manual or service manual.

All jams happen in the decurler. Have already adjusted this in all ways and fully checked. I only have it with 80 gr paper.

What is the jam code and what does the manual say about that code, try being a technician.

The Ricoh Belgium specialists have been to the machine four times and do not find the problem themselves. Work for Ricoh for 45 years and I think I have more experience than anyone.
But thanks for your scinical reactions. I thought this site would help us a little further.
    Greetings, Patrick

Good try at a smoke screen. Your profile indicates that you are 56 years old. Are you saying that you started working for Ricoh at the age of 11? I started working on copiers in February 1972 after I got off active duty in the US Army. That means that even if you did have 45 years experience, I have 47 years.

Now start showing that you have some intelligence and answer the questions we have asked.

we have had a similar issue with the pro c5200. which is one step above the 6503. i know you mentioned the decurler. thought i would add our issue was jams in that area, in the buffer type 6, and other areas in route to exit. we did discover that inside the buffer there is a black tape on the metal plates. noticed that the edges of the tape was coming off. i have no idea if you have the buffer installed or not in which the deculer feeds into. but if you do you might wanna look at that. also found excessive wear on the paper feed exit rollers inside the copier itself, not the accessory units. can't imagine being in the industry for that long. i have been in it for 9 years, and the last 4 servicing ricohs.
