did you replace the parts and clear the error message in SM?

it is clearly outlined in the service manual

open lower right side door
turn copier on
enter sp 7622 clear part replaced
enter sp 3701 go to part replaced enter 1 in box
close lower right side door

This is the only way I've ever been able to get this message to clear.

When this does not work, check Lubricant End Detection Flag SP 3810-021 K, SP 3810-022 C, SP 3810-023 M, and SP 3810-024 Y. If they are not all 0, the message will not clear. Check that the near end sensors for the lube bars are not shorted.
