EFI - Downloads - Support & Downloads --
Support and Downloads -- Ricoh site
After looking some more, it seems you need "credentials" for the EFI site, and Ricoh has no downloads for it. Maybe someone nice on here will share with you.

FrohnB, thanks for your reply..... That's right, from both sites I can't download it. Except someone could have the kindness to help me.
What model machine are you working with?
Ricoh PRO C651
I do not believe there is a download for the complete installation package as it comprises multiple CDs. What happened to the CDs that came with the Fiery? You may need to contact your Ricoh sales support individual in order to get a replacement set.
Do you actually have a Fiery unit by the copier? From what I've read, it says that you need some CD's/ DVD's to assist with the setup. The only thing I can download is a couple drivers and a few patches. Not much help. Sorry.
IIRC Fiery controllers ship with system software disc(s) and the relevant drivers / supporting software. If those are missing I believe they are ordered as a service part, at least the system software is.
The drivers and software can be downloaded from the Fiery itself, just web browse it. With regard to system software, you will need the restore disks.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.
This. I always hit the ip address of the fiery itself with a web browser and download the drivers direct that way I know I have the right ones. Unless the Fiery has shat the bed and you need to reload system software then you have to have the DVD to make a bootable thumb drive or if the fiery has a DVD drive you can load directly.
