A scratched line problem, appear while printing a heavy SRA3 papers
Disappeared in some paper i checked the transfer unit but didn't find the problem, i have the same issue in 2 machines

First: make a testprint for each color. (to see of they are all scratched)
Check the metalplate below the ITB belt and check the seal/guide on the ITB belt. (or temporarily remove the guide)
Is the media type set correctly in the library?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.
Looks like a problem with one of the fuser strippers and/or a damaged hot roller.
