Do you have any idea how to remove the operating system from the Sop ricoh and replace it with an android operating system?

Pretty sure that the SOP will only accept software with a valid developer's signature provided by Ricoh. I do not believe it will be possible to just drop on a 'normal' flavour of Android despite the SOP running on Android as the basis for Ricoh's user interface.
The engines run on BSD and I know without those issued signatures that the units will reject modified firmware.
The SOP panel already has its own android OS separate from the main frame operating system. If you were aq trained and authorized Ricoh tech, you would have already known that.
What is the end goal? Did you get a junk machine and decide it was an opportunity to get a free tablet or what?
Explain why you are wanting to change the operating system...
It's porn. It's always porn.

since the ricoh is gonna be a project and already has a current adroid OS on it. use it as it is instead of trying to reinvent the wheel. ricoh has enough things that you can do with it or add to it to get more bells and whistles. don't think kids would be that much interested in a copier and it's functions. though i am sure they would enjoy it if you stick your hand or other objects on the platen and make copies.
