Machine does not connect with fiery

I am having a connection problem between a fiery E-41A and Ricoh PRO C651.
Reinstall the system on the Fiery, from the original disks.
The fiery is connected to the machine and a router and the upper bar appears on the screen where it indicates active.
I send ping from another machine to the fiery and respond normally.
I turn on the machine, I wait until the screen is "ready" and then I turn on the fiery, until I load the system.
The problem is that when you want to connect the machine to the fiery with the "FieryDriven" bonton, it stops at "Loading, please wait ..." and does not connect to the fiery.
Can someone help me that I can be wrong?

How do you currently have them connected together? Both should have 2 Ethernet connection, one standard CAT4 jack for connecting to the network and one giga-bit port for connecting the two together. Be sure to follow the directions in the service manual for configuring the giga-bit connection.

I have only one connection in that port and from there to the fiery, in the connection below that indicates the machine.

The machine was working fine, I disconnected everything to move it and when I reconnected I could not make it connect to the fiery. I have also tried different cables UTP.

I can't tell from the picture if that network cable is plugged into the groundworks NIC or the gigabit NIC optionally fitted to the controller. Do you have a "00" on the vox display on the rear of the Fiery?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.
