    Sounds like you have developed a stiction problem. Most likely from using after market toner.In that case you will need to purge the toner supply system, replace the developer, clean all waste toner from the PCU and use only Genuine Ricoh toner and developer. If it does not say Genuine Ricoh on the box, it is not.
    it''s used machine and i replaced all unites inside including pcu,no results,i think there some how a sp mode can help due to it already has been changed before
