IMC2500 Smart Operation Panel

Hi.

As i know that the IMC2500 smart operation panel can be internet link access app and browse while using Wifi to connect.

Does anyone know how to use machine network or using the copier network IPV4 access?

because some customer only allow using network cable and not allow using wifi for internet.

there is two separate things.

machine setting is where you go for setting up copier for printing and scanning.


the WiFi is for browsing from smart panel and if you don't connect to there WiFi you can,t browse from smart panel.


customer can buy a WiFi card optional to install in copier then you can set it up instead of machine setup.

so all the Ricoh Application side feature must link with wifi even scan to cloud to one drive and sharepoint. right?

that is correct that screen feature is tied to WiFi setup. the other ways is to setup the cloud on a pc then scan to it.

You are confusing me, connect device to ethernet and use this internet connection for all functions.

i already connect with ethernet . But the link with ricoh application side, browsing or even scan to ondrive also can't work.

The only way able to connect is using smart operation panel wifi to connect as i know.

anysetup can be link with ethernet ? please advice me.

You can use the web app to browse the net if the machine is on LAN yes.

The WIFI in the panel is only designed for mobile printing use.
