Password protect all scanned PDF files for each user.

    Hi,

Do you guys know how to password protect all scanned to e-mail PDF's for a registered user, I know how to manually do so each time but it won't save as default and the user has to enter a password each time.

Once you have your presets configured, press the "Program" button and save it as a program (favorite). Then all you should have to do is press that program key and it should remember all those settings.

That is what I thought too but it doesn't save the password, the next time you select the program it returns to the screen as pictured with the password "OFF" and encription set to 128bit.
