Ricoh MP 3350 Duplex problem

Sorry for my english.

My costumer have Ricoh MP3350, and when he made duplex copy, the paper come out printing only one side, and dont come back to print the other side, whithout jam the paper.

if the client is not very far away, I would go in person to test the problem, explained so it is unusual.
