Frankly Slim, he like other snowflakes here ARE on my iggy.... but just to keep things lively I peek at their posts, like the bs master It tickles me no end. Just to point out that I am not the only ones with similar ideas/values. ( I do notice those that agree Brother). I was brought up, when in someone elses house, obey THEIR rules, even though it may not be your rules.

we had swedish danish french and german
exchange students in my high school, most were really cool about teaching us their language and culture, and we reciprocated if we could. I was in Musical arts... Mechanical Arts.. PolySi.. and some of the AP ( what they call it now) Bio/Astron/Ag type courses. All this after blasting through the required credits in the 1st 2yrs

As You, I find it a waste of time translating back and forth. And kind of arrogant to post in any “native” language. I love meeting people from all over the world, exchange culture and eating foreign food, but fully agree, that we keep speaking English in an English speaking forum

WELL I guess my danish isn't as rusty as I thought! man my ol' mind amazes me MOST of the time!

well it is kinda silly IMHO. You come to a site that EVERYTHING about the workings, rules. headers, and convo's are in English (and BASED in the USA).. and EVEN some kinder folks (Thanks Slim) suggest they post in their native and then translate and post in English also (for us spanish intolerant old fogies) , and they CONTINUE to refuse to go along with it.
