I have an issue with a Ricoh MPC W2201 where the heads print in a overlapping fashion causing distortion. Already changed Dress sensor as well as encoder strip to no avail. Has anyone seen this issue?

On the CW2200 this could normally be resolved by replacing the Encoder Strip which you have already done on this machine. Did you remember to remove the Mylar backing sheet that is on the Encoder Strip? Also, did you follow the adjustments required after you replaced the DRESS Sensor?
