    Ricoh MP C 5503

    Hello Guys,

    machine is saying: Functional problems detected.
    Press restart after the current process
    Repeat settings after machine has restarted.

    see picture. any suggestions appreciated

    SP5875 (set to 1) will disable SC Auto Reboot. If SC Auto Reboot is disabled then the SC code will appear on the screen. SP 7403 will tell you what the Service Code was that generated this reboot. Go from there.

    Look at sp 7403, sc history, what is the code that is giving you the machine.
