Sad To Say I Don't Have a Life
I do this stuff on the weekends too
If it's because they don't make them anymore and you can't find aftermarket maybe look for something like feed roller tape. They used to have sticky tape with bumps or smooth. Cut and wrap around worn rollers. Another alternative was something called "stretchy" it was tube of thin rubber that you would cut to size and "stretch" fit onto worn roller.
Keep in mind I haven't had to use either of these in several years so not sure if still sold or where to get. Might be out of business because with china aftermarket rollers there was never not an alternative like the old days when all these types of tech aides really made our job a little easier.
Best of luck
Are you wanting rollers for the main machine or the LCIT?
From the Product Support Guide for the Pro 907EX the follow rollers can be used in the LCIT for coated paper.
Pick-up roller Feed roller AF030071
Feed roller AF031041
Separation roller AF032041
I been retired for a couple of years but if I remember correctly I used to use one of the following sets when parts orders got delayed. Only lasted about 300K but the 1M rollers were lucky to last more than 600K or 700K.
Pick-up roller Feed roller AF030040
Feed roller AF031040
Separation roller AF032040
or
Pick-up roller Feed roller AF030060
Feed roller AF031060
Separation roller AF032060
problem with the tape you can't use it on all three rollers, usually just for P/U or Feed.
Slimbob, Ive been running those AF03-2040 tires in every machines adf and they work way better than the foam reverse rollers. I just slide it off the blue hub and onto the adf reverse rollers black hub and presto. Ive even seen them slick with no ridges and thay still dont jam. I don't replace adf rollers as much anymore.
