is that in the duplex part of manual or beneath fuser itself?
If you have an older version of the parts manual like I do, it is in the paper exit section 3, Item 13, PN B0654422. The part number guitar9199 gave is for the improved part that is not supposed to break as often. Thick plastic where it goes over the shaft pin.

    Item 13 page 119

If you can move that part when holding down the shaft {Item 12} then you will find the rear of the part cracked off.

You could do that but it's probably not going to help with this problem.

When you go there Tuesday, make it jam out of tray 3 and see what it records, I think tray 3 jam records as tray 4 jam.

    Re: jam 056 on mp6002

    so
i visited this mp6002 and seems no jamming since my previous visit and yes the copier,"not radf" had history of 42 COPIER jams 057..
I cked the duplex part and they basically only run the tandem tray..I loaded bottom tray and ran 80 copies and all was good.
Will return this week with system and engine FW as looks like theirs is very old........
