    Smile Ricoh color test pattern not aligned

    Can someone help ! As you can see in the attached file, The color pattern printed is not aligned.

    Can you please direct me to fix this issue ?

    hello good morning you have to specify well what the Ricoh printer model is and send photos of the problem.
    If it is a problem of color registration, it is probably one due to a transfer belt unit problem, but you need to send images of the problem

    If you are an end user try running Auto Color Alignment in User Tools - Maintenance. If ACA in User Tools or Auto Line Position in SP ends in an error and does not alignment or the problems returns, the ID sensor assembly is dirty. Clean it with a cotton cloth moistened with water.

    Like Slim said, Try Auto Color Calibration. "User Tools/counter" --> "Maintenance" --> "Color Registration".
    If that doesn't get you straightened out, then go into SP mode and execute SP 2-111 mode C first, then mode A after that. (Mode C = rough adjustment, Mode A = Fine adjustment twice).
    If that doesn't get you aligned, then you will probably have to clean the ID sensors. You could also do this step First.

    Not color calibration, that is for image density. Color registration, User Tools version of SP 2111. Does both rough and fine automatically.
