    MPC4504 PCDU No Developer

    I have received 2 "new" PCDU's that appears not to have any developer in them. Has anyone had the same issue with a new unit? I removed the developer unit to check, when rotating mag roller...no developer??

    Genuine Ricoh OEM? call their tech support and question them.

    if aftermarket.. same.. call vendor
