    Re: mpc3002 double sided wrinkles

It has happened to me in several cases, including those exposed

    I WILL PUT OTHERS

    1) Deviated transfer case
    2) Feed foot improperly installed and the respective transport guide
    3) poorly accommodated duplex
    4) unevenly worn separation rubbers creating a vacuum in the sheet, which when passing through the fuser, sometimes the grain comes out, but more often when duplexing
    5) uneven registration due to breakage of roller bushing

I’ve found the roller on the outside of the fuser can be pressed down and can hang up uneven this causes most of duplex wrinkles.

    Re: mpc3002 double sided wrinkles

    Hi:

I am sorry for the delay but I needed to do some tests to be able to give the result.

Most of the things that you comment on, I know him and I knew that he could produce the wrinkles, but in this case it was reviewed and as I said the main problem is that a machine that had never failed and knew that it worked well takes it to the client, and the First copy he made double-sided was with the wrinkle.

This made me think that it had to do with the environment where the MPC3002 was.

Checking the SP I found the 2-302-2 and put it in 3 to treat the environment as normal, almost two weeks ago and I had no more problems

I understand that if the machine modified the transfer values along with some paper curvature, the paper did not fit well into the fuser.

I say it because to one side never, it has never gone wrong and as you can see in the images that the transfer sent to the paper is correct as well as the alignment on the page.
