    MPC8002 finisher curling paper

I have this MPC8002 that the paper hits the finisher and the paper is slightly curled, and it seems to get stuck and not drop properly, then it jams all to hell, ive lowered the fuser temp to 85 from 90, dont want to go to low, and ive waxed the outside of the fin where the paper meets the body of the fin as it stacks, its still doing it after 300 copies its curls up and jams, it didnt do this before when the machine was new its been running about two years, i have new foam gathering rollers, could this be the tray not adjusting up or down when its supposed to ?
any help would be very much appreciated

Paper curl is usually caused by poor quality paper or paper with a high moisture content.

heres a pic of whats happening, ive lowered the fuser to 80 and the curl is no existant but this occurs intermittently ( see photo)
so this is probably the real problem
it looks like a timing issue?
one piece gets stuck on top of the gathering ropllers and then its just a matter of time before it all gets all trolled up on itself

Looks like it might be time to replace the gathering rollers.

The other possibility is that the gathering assembly is sticking in the extended position.
