Ricoh MP 9002 folding corners when duplexing

Fuser has been rebuilt not to long ago. I replaced the duplex solenoid and feed gate at entrance to the duplex tray.
It worked fine for a while and now it's bending the corners again. Not every time, but pretty much.

Check the plastic rib on the lower transport guide plate of the duplex unit where that corner of the paper rides going through. I have seen the paper wear a notch in the rib and either cause bent corners or jamming. You can usually smooth it with sand paper.
