Yes. I told their IT to make sure someone isn't resetting Home screen to factory also.

turn on administrator authentication,this will disable the"reset home screen button"

Hi there!
It´s allways the same sh.., customer blames the machine, and in 100% it´s the customer!
mavetherave311 is right - admin authentification (machine) and they can try to play with the SOP without success.
