Don't know why I can't respond to your post so I started this one...SP 5193-1 to a 0 and 5895-1 also to a zero. boot down and back up and you should be good to go

The reason you could not respond has something to with the fact that the title ended with the word "print".

I think he thought that putting the (.) at the end. Punctuation or spaces don't count. If the last five letters in the title are "print" the post is normally opened in print mode.
