Ricoh Pro8310S booklet finisher jams (SR5120)

Hi all, my customer has a newly installed Pro 8310S which is occasionally jamming J116 in the booklet finisher. Not a major issue at the moment but it is stangley similar to the jams he used to get on his old 7 million copies Pro 8110. I'm sure that's just coincidence. It has done 100k in a little over a month and was installed brand new. I can't find anything on Ricoh tech forums or bulletins. Any ideas chaps ?

J116 is a lag jam in the booklet stapler. Trail edge is detected as having not left a sensor or has left it late. Could be a dirty or defective sensor.
